I graduated in electrical engineering back in 1983 at the 'IPSIA Fioravanti of Bologna and I started immediately to work in the "mine field" at a farm outside Rome as a technician.
I have traveled far and wide for Italy playing, including ups and downs, my business for almost 10 years.
In June 1985, go to Ancona, I had a bad accident, fortunately without consequences natural for me, but materials for my van ( see photo). This thing has taught me to drive with extreme caution, especially since then have always managed to return home with all the lanterns "adjusted".
A "beautiful" morning in November, it was 1995 when I was activated a spring and, driven by my wife, Morena, I made a cut before deciding to deepen my old passion: KITCHEN.
